Parts4Drive provides an AI-powered platform for auto parts businesses to manage inventory, process orders via WhatsApp, create online storefronts, and accept payments through Flutterwave.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans: Starter ($29/mo), Business ($79/mo), Enterprise ($199/mo)
• 30-day free trial on Starter and 30-day free trial on Business plans — no credit card required
• After trial ends, account auto-downgrades to Free plan (20 products)
• You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months
• Payments processed securely by Flutterwave

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Accurate product listings and pricing
• Timely order fulfillment and shipping
• Compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials

5. WhatsApp & Meta Usage

By connecting your WhatsApp Business account through Meta, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Parts4Drive is not responsible for WhatsApp or Meta platform availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Parts4Drive provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including lost sales, data loss, or business interruption.
