1. Subscription Refunds

Free Trial

Starter and Business plans include a free trial (30 days for Starter, 30 days for Business). No charges during this period. Cancel anytime.

Monthly Subscriptions

Refund requests within 7 days of payment are eligible for a full refund if the service has not been substantially used.

Enterprise Plans

Custom terms apply. Contact your account manager.

2. Marketplace Purchase Refunds

Parts4Drive acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with sellers. Refund policies for marketplace purchases are set by individual sellers.

  • Buyers should contact the seller directly for refund requests
  • Escrow payments are held for 3 days after delivery confirmation
  • Disputed transactions are reviewed by our support team
  • Parts4Drive may issue refunds from platform fees at our discretion

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, transaction reference, and reason. We respond within 48 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Transaction fees paid to Flutterwave (payment processor)
  • Setup or onboarding fees for Enterprise plans
  • Custom development or integration work
