• WhatsApp data: Messages sent to your WhatsApp Business number for order processing
• Meta/Facebook data: When you connect Meta Business Manager, we access your business accounts and WhatsApp Business Account for catalog synchronization

• To process payments via Flutterwave
• To sync your product catalog to WhatsApp via Meta Business Manager
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates via WhatsApp
• To improve our AI agents and product recommendations

We share your data with:

• Flutterwave: For payment processing (transaction amounts, customer email)
• Meta/Facebook: For WhatsApp catalog sync (product details, pricing, images) — only when you connect your Meta Business Manager
• DeepSeek: For AI chat processing (product queries, inventory searches)

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas (cloud-hosted database) and retained for the duration of your account. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days.
